Position: Head – Sales Operations & Enablement (GM / Sr.GM)
Location: Chennai / Pondicherry

About the Role
Integra is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented leader to head our Sales Operations & Enablement function. This role will work closely with the CEO and Sales Leadership team to drive sales strategy execution, improve operational efficiency, strengthen data-driven decision making, and scale the sales organization. The role will act as a strategic extension of the CEO for the sales function, ensuring alignment across teams and enabling the sales organization to perform at peak effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
• Partner with sales leadership to develop and execute sales strategy and planning initiatives
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue metrics and provide actionable insights
• Drive sales process improvements, operational efficiency, and productivity enhancements
• Implement and optimize sales technologies, CRM systems, and analytics tools
• Lead sales enablement initiatives including sales playbooks, tools, and training programs
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and delivery teams
• Lead key sales transformation initiatives and strategic projects
• Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership decision-making
• Support leadership in strategic client engagement and partnership development
Requirements
• MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
• 10–15+ years of experience with strong exposure to sales operations, strategy, or sales leadership roles
• Experience working in technology services, digital services, or global B2B environments preferred
• Strong knowledge of sales processes, revenue operations, and pipeline management
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities
• Experience with CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and sales technology ecosystems
