Role Description
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing the company's sales strategy to drive growth and revenue. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and executing sales plans, managing sales teams, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad, and will require dynamic leadership to cultivate a high-performing sales environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills, with a proven ability to drive revenue and meet targets.
- Team Management and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate sales personnel.
- Advanced Analytical Thinking with a strategic approach to decision-making and market analysis.
- Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
