Job Description
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to lead 0 → 1 growth for a high-performance trading platform. This core leadership role focuses on scaling trader acquisition, building brand positioning, and driving product-led growth in a highly competitive broking ecosystem.
Role: Head of Marketing (0 → 1 Scale Role)
Reporting to: Founder
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive high-quality trader acquisition (F&O, intraday, active traders).
- Own key growth metrics: CAC, LTV, activation, retention.
- Scale performance channels (Google, Meta, affiliates).
- Build strong positioning within trading communities & finfluencer ecosystem.
- Lead product-led growth across onboarding, activation, and retention journeys.
- Run data-driven experiments across funnels, creatives, and channels.
- Build and lead a lean, high-performance marketing team.
Key Requirements (Must Have):
- 10–14+ years in marketing / growth roles
- Mandatory experience in broking / trading / fintech firms
- Proven track record in scaling trading or investment products
Strong expertise in:
- Performance marketing (Google, Meta).
- App growth & attribution.
- Understanding of F&O / active trader behaviour.
Preferred:
- Exposure to options / algo trading.
- Experience in product-led growth (PLG).
- Understanding of trading systems / platforms.
