Job Description
British Jewel is a leading diamond jewellery manufacturer and exporter, serving global markets through B2B, B2C, and leading online marketplaces. We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Development Head to lead our digital brand growth, marketplace expansion, and online business strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the overall Brand Development Strategy across domestic and international markets.
- Manage and grow online sales through Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, Shopify, and other global marketplaces.
- Build strong brand positioning and increase brand awareness across digital channels.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Optimize product listings, SEO, catalog management, pricing strategy, and online merchandising.
- Monitor marketplace performance, advertising ROI, conversion rates, and sales analytics.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Design, Photography, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Develop annual marketing calendars, promotional campaigns, and product launch strategies.
- Analyze competitors, market trends, customer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
- Manage branding budgets and ensure maximum return on marketing investments.
- Lead and mentor the digital marketing and e-commerce team.
- Proven experience in Diamond Jewellery Manufacturing Industry.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
- Expertise in Digital Marketing, Brand Management, SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Amazon Ads, and Marketplace Advertising.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong project management and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- MBA (Marketing) / PGDM / Master's in Marketing, Branding, or Business Management.
- Certification in Digital Marketing or E-commerce will be an added advantage.
