Lead Generation & Funnel Performance
  • Coordinate landing pages, forms, and lead capture setup across both APPSeCONNECT and appse.ai.
  • Work with Sales to ensure lead routing and handoff happens without delay or drop-off.
  • Own lead-generation tracking end-to-end — MQLs, form fills, and pipeline contribution by campaign.
  • Report on lead-gen performance by channel and campaign, and flag underperformance early.

Marketing Operations & Process
  • Own and maintain the shared marketing calendar across both APPSeCONNECT and appse.ai.
  • Set up and run workflow/task tracking so campaigns move through review and approval without delays.
  • Track marketing budgets and spend against plan, flagging variances before they become problems.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and agencies — briefs, timelines, deliverables, invoicing.
  • Administer marketing tools (CRM, automation platform, project trackers) and keep them clean and current.
Product-Line Coordination
  • Sequence campaign launches across APPSeCONNECT and appse.ai to avoid channel clashes and audience fatigue.
  • Ensure every asset follows the correct brand guidelines — APPSeCONNECT and appse.ai have distinct visual systems and voices.
  • Act as the single point of coordination between content, design, and paid media across both product lines.
Digital Channel Execution
  • Manage the operational side of paid campaigns, email sends, and social scheduling across both product lines.
  • Coordinate SEO and blog publishing calendars with the content team.
  • Liaise with freelancers and agency partners on execution timelines and quality checks.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Build and maintain marketing performance dashboards spanning both product lines.
  • Track KPIs and campaign ROI and report out to leadership on a regular cadence.
  • Flag underperforming channels or campaigns early, with data to back it up.




Requirements

Must-Have Skills
  • Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM tool (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Comfortable building reports and tracking data in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Experience coordinating multi-channel campaigns end-to-end — not just executing one channel.
  • Clear, precise written communication — briefs and updates that don't need a follow-up to clarify.
  • 5 years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or campaign coordination.
  • Working knowledge of lead-generation funnel mechanics — MQLs, form conversion, lead scoring, and routing.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills — you keep multiple moving parts on track.

Nice to Have
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or GA4 reporting.
  • Experience coordinating marketing across more than one product line or brand.
  • Basic comfort in Canva or Figma for reviewing (not designing) creative assets.
  • Experience owning or reporting on lead-gen KPIs in a B2B SaaS environment.
