Head of Marketing & Branding | RedBeryl Lifestyle Services
Location: Delhi NCR
Experience: 8–10 years
Reporting to: Founder & CEO
Work mode: 5 days working · 1 day WFH
RedBeryl Lifestyle Services Pvt. Ltd. curates premium lifestyle experiences and events for a discerning clientele. As we scale, we're looking for a Head of Marketing to own our brand identity end-to-end, the story we tell, the events we curate, and the digital presence we build.
The role: A leadership position for someone who moves seamlessly between brand strategy, event curation, performance marketing, and digital innovation. You will be the custodian of RedBeryl's image, defining its brand personality, tone of voice, and visual identity, and ensuring they come through consistently in every campaign, event, and interface. You will be the driving force behind how the brand shows up across every touchpoint — reporting directly to the Founder & CEO.
Key Responsibilities: Brand & Image Curation
• Define and own RedBeryl's brand personality, tone of voice, and positioning, shaping how the brand thinks, speaks, and feels across every channel and event.
• Build and safeguard brand guidelines; ensure consistency across internal teams and external vendors.
• Own the design aesthetics and UI/UX of the RedBeryl website and mobile app, ensuring both reflect the brand's luxury positioning.
Events Leadership
• Lead end-to-end curation, planning, and execution of all RedBeryl events — concept, theme, and guest experience.
• Own the post-event brand narrative, including press coverage and social amplification.
Sponsorships, Network & Publicity
• Leverage a strong personal network in the luxury and lifestyle space to bring in sponsors and strategic partners.
• Manage relationships with PR agencies, media houses, and influencers to drive publicity and brand visibility.
Performance & Digital Marketing
• Own performance marketing end-to-end — setting up and running Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube ad accounts and budgets.
• Drive organic and paid growth across Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube, including YouTube Shorts and other short-form formats.
• Track key metrics (CAC, ROAS, engagement) and translate them into an actionable strategy.
AI & Emerging Trends
• Bring hands-on fluency with the latest AI tools across content, design, video, copy, and campaign optimization.
• Stay ahead of emerging platforms and formats relevant to the luxury and lifestyle space.
What we’re looking for:
- 8–10 years in marketing, with significant experience in luxury, premium lifestyle, or high-end events.
- • Proven experience heading events end-to-end, curating and owning the experience, not just marketing it.
- • A strong, demonstrable network within the luxury/lifestyle ecosystem-brands, sponsors, media, influencers.
- • Hands-on expertise setting up and scaling Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube ad campaigns.
- • Genuine, daily fluency with AI tools for content, design, video, and campaign optimization.
- • A sharp eye for brand, aesthetics, and design-comfortable directing UI/UX for websites and apps, paired with a data-driven, ROI-focused mindset.
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder management-equally at ease with sponsors, press, and founders.
