At Dog-O-Bow, social media isn’t about posting daily, it’s about telling real pet-parent stories, building a strong brand voice, and collaborating with creators who truly understand our audience.

We’re looking for someone who can own our social presence end-to-end.


What you’ll do

• Own the social media content strategy across platforms (Instagram-first)

• Build and manage monthly & weekly content calendars aligned with business goals

• Plan and execute content-led campaigns around launches, festivals & brand moments

• Identify, onboard and manage content creators & influencers

• Create detailed creator briefs (objectives, tone, do’s & don’ts, deliverables)

Review, approve or reject creator content to ensure brand alignment

• Ensure consistency in visual language, captions, tone & storytelling

• Collaborate with internal teams for product, launch and campaign inputs

• Track content performance (engagement, saves, shares) and iterate quickly

• Share insights & learnings to improve future content and campaigns


This role is for you if

✔️ You can explain why a reel worked, not just that it did

✔️ You think in campaigns, not random posts

✖️ Chasing follower counts

✖️ Copy-pasting trends without context


Experience

• 2–5 years in D2C / lifestyle / pet / fashion / FMCG

• Prior experience managing multiple creators is a big plus
