Role Description The Host Brand Face is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South, responsible for representing the PeopleX Ventures brand in external interactions. This role involves welcoming and engaging visitors, clients, and candidates, ensuring a professional and positive experience at all touchpoints. The Host Brand Face will support the coordination of meetings and events, assist with client-facing communication, and maintain consistent brand messaging in person and across basic digital channels. Daily tasks may include managing reception or front-office presence, guiding guests, handling inquiries, and collaborating with the recruiting team to present a cohesive brand image. The role requires a polished, approachable demeanor and the ability to communicate clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact courteously and effectively with clients, candidates, and internal team members.
  • Customer service and client-facing capabilities, including the ability to manage inquiries, provide information, and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Professional presentation skills, including confident spoken communication and a polished, brand-aligned presence in on-site settings.
  • Organizational and coordination skills for managing schedules, meetings, and basic event support activities.
  • Comfort with using common office and digital tools (email, calendars, video conferencing, basic CRM or visitor management systems).
  • Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru South on a full-time basis and collaborate effectively with a distributed recruiting and consulting team.
  • Previous experience in hospitality, front office, corporate reception, client relations, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Relevant education or training in communication, hospitality, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.
