This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Ecommerce located in Ahmedabad. The Head of Ecommerce will oversee all online sales strategies, manage ecommerce platforms, and implement data-driven decisions to enhance customer experiences. Daily responsibilities include monitoring web analytics, strategizing for business growth, driving sales, managing projects, and leading cross-functional teams. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize digital platforms and ensure efficient operations.

• Proven expertise in E-Commerce operations and Sales management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience with Web Analytics tools
• Proficiency in Project Management to include planning, executing, and delivering results effectively
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team-management skills
• Understanding of digital marketing strategies relevant to ecommerce growth is a plus
• Prior experience in developing and optimizing online sales funnels is beneficial
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
