Role Description The Operations P&L role is a full-time, on-site position based in South Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing profit and loss performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across solar projects and service offerings. The individual will track key operational and financial metrics, coordinate with sales and project teams, and implement process improvements to optimize resource utilization and margins. Daily tasks include monitoring project delivery timelines, managing vendor and partner relationships, reviewing budgets and forecasts, and preparing performance reports for leadership. The role also involves supporting strategic decisions related to pricing, capacity planning, and customer service to drive sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret financial and operational data, monitor P&L performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present insights to leadership, and engage with partners and clients.
• Sales and commercial acumen to understand revenue drivers, support pricing strategies, and align operations with business growth objectives.
• Operations management experience to oversee day-to-day processes, manage resources, and ensure high service quality and efficiency.
• Project management skills to plan, coordinate, and track multiple solar projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
• Relevant experience in energy, infrastructure, or related sectors is beneficial, especially in managing operational P&L.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and other analytical tools; familiarity with ERP or operations management systems is desirable.
• Ability to work on-site in South Delhi, with a focus on integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
