Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar. This position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing the sales pipeline, and supporting client acquisition and retention for construction and related services. Daily responsibilities include meeting and communicating with prospective and existing clients, presenting service offerings, preparing proposals, and negotiating terms in coordination with senior team members. The specialist will also assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating events or site visits, and maintaining accurate sales and customer records. Collaboration with project and management teams to align sales activities with operational capabilities and customer expectations is essential.
Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to generate leads, convert opportunities, and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience in Training to support onboarding of new team members or educate clients about services and solutions.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, including basic digital and offline marketing techniques relevant to the construction sector.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Prior experience in construction, real estate, or infrastructure sales is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfort with using CRM tools, office productivity software, and data to track performance and inform decision-making.
