Business Development Executive (SaaS Solutions)

Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, and result-oriented Business Development
Executive with 2–4 years of experience in IT Services and SaaS Sales. The ideal candidate will
be responsible for generating business opportunities from international markets, understanding
client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and converting prospects into long-term
clients.
The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills,
along with the ability to build strong client relationships and work collaboratively with internal
teams to deliver tailored technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities across international markets including the
US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia, and other regions.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, Upwork, Freelancer, email campaigns, referrals,
networking, and other outbound sales channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while achieving monthly and quarterly business
targets.
• Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
• Handle the first interaction with prospective clients and represent the company
professionally.
• Understand client business objectives and recommend suitable IT solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and company presentations.
• Prepare business proposals, project estimations, quotations, and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and successfully close business deals.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, Product, Project Management, and Customer Success
teams.
• Build long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and account management.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reports, pipeline forecasts, and documentation.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Services Sales, SaaS Sales, or Pre-
Sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and software demonstration skills.
• Strong understanding of IT services and software solutions.
• Experience working with international clients across different time zones.
• Professional communication, analytical thinking, and customer-centric approach.

Preferred Skills
• Experience using Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools.
