Data Platform & Business Insights Specialist

Corporate Visions is looking for a Data Platform & Business Intelligence Specialist to help lead the continued evolution of our enterprise analytics environment.

This role goes well beyond traditional reporting and dashboard development. You'll own and enhance a modern data platform that supports business-critical insights across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Operations while helping expand how the organization leverages AI to make smarter, faster decisions.

The role is full remote in India (or Philippines) and works UK business hours.

What You'll Do

As our Data Platform & Business Intelligence Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting and advancing our analytics ecosystem by:

• Managing and optimizing our Databricks data platform and reporting environment
• Building and maintaining SQL, Python, and PySpark transformation workflows
• Supporting Power BI datasets, dashboards, and executive reporting
• Improving data architecture, governance, documentation, and reporting reliability
• Partnering with Revenue Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and IT to deliver high-impact analytics solutions
• Identifying opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency
• Helping expand the organization's use of AI-enabled analytics and modern business intelligence capabilities

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Engineering, Revenue Operations, or Data Platform roles
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with relational databases
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake, or comparable cloud data platforms
• Experience building and supporting ETL/data pipelines
• Power BI, Tableau, or Looker experience
• Python and/or PySpark experience
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM data
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders across the business

Bonus Points

Experience with any of the following is a plus:

• Databricks administration
• Fivetran
• Revenue Operations or GTM analytics
• Sales pipeline, forecasting, or executive KPI reporting
• AI, LLMs, or modern business intelligence capabilities
• SaaS business environments
