About Techimpace Innovations: At Techimpace Innovations Pvt. Ltd., we build high-performance, scalable digital solutions, specializing in Ed-Tech ERPs and advanced B2B platforms. We are in an aggressive growth phase and are looking for a highly motivated Growth Marketer & SDR to help us expand our market footprint.


The Role: We are not looking for a traditional brand marketer to manage social media posts. We are looking for a revenue-driven pipeline builder. As our SDR, your primary objective is top-of-the-funnel growth. You will be responsible for sourcing leads, initiating contact, and booking qualified discovery calls for the CEO to close.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and scrape high-value targets within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), primarily focusing on B2B clients and educational institutions.
  • Outbound Campaigns: Execute high-volume cold email sequences and targeted LinkedIn outreach.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain strict data hygiene in our CRM, ensuring all leads are tracked and follow-ups are executed flawlessly.
  • Meeting Coordination: Successfully hook prospects, qualify their needs, and book live product demos on the CEO’s calendar.

Compensation & Perks: This role is built for those who want to bet on themselves.

  • Base Floor: ₹10,000/month to cover your foundational expenses.
  • Uncapped Upside: Fixed monetary bounties for every qualified demo booked, plus a direct percentage commission (revenue share) on the total contract value of the deals we close from your leads.
  • Elite Mentorship: You will be working directly with a Founder and Chief System Architect with over 15 years of industry experience, receiving hands-on training that you will not get in a standard corporate role.
