Synthrun builds on top of broken apps. Founders ship fast with Cursor, Bolt, v0 — then hit a wall. We fix what vibe-coding leaves behind: fragile architecture, zero observability, apps that can't scale past 10 users.

You find those founders before they hit the wall. Or right after.

This role is pure outreach. No cold calling. No ad spend. LinkedIn, Reddit, email — you identify the right founders, write the right message, start the right conversation.

We close. You get 6% of whatever that client pays us.

No floor. No ceiling. No retainer.

What you do:

- Source leads — founders building on Cursor, Bolt.new, v0, Lovable

- Write outbound copy that sounds human, not templated

- Qualify inbound signals — Reddit posts, LinkedIn comments, job listings

- Track pipeline in our dashboard

- Iterate fast when something doesn't convert

What you need:

- Decent English — you're writing to US/UK founders

- Ability to spot a broken SaaS from a landing page

- Hunger for commission over comfort

- No degree requirement. No experience floor.

What you don't need:

- A script. We'll give one. You improve it.

- Formal sales training.

- Prior agency experience.

Pay: 6% incentive per signed client
