Role Description The Outreach Coordinator (2 to 4 Years) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. The Outreach Coordinator will plan and execute outreach initiatives to engage property owners, landlords, developers, and partner communities in line with myfollo.com’s real estate advisory and transaction goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include contacting and onboarding new stakeholders, managing relationships, responding to inquiries, and providing high-quality customer service. The role also involves conducting basic market and stakeholder research, supporting training or information sessions for clients and partners, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and project execution. The Outreach Coordinator will maintain accurate records of outreach activities, prepare reports, and contribute ideas to improve engagement strategies and outreach campaigns.
Qualifications
  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for clear verbal and written interaction with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to plan, implement, and evaluate stakeholder engagement and partnership-building initiatives.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and provide a positive experience throughout the engagement cycle.
  • Candidates should possess Research skills to gather and analyze information about market trends, potential partners, and outreach effectiveness.
  • Candidates should possess Training skills to support or deliver basic orientation sessions, presentations, and informational workshops for clients and stakeholders.
  • Relevant experience of 2 to 4 years in outreach, business development, community engagement, or customer-facing roles, preferably in real estate or related sectors.
  • Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; familiarity with real estate markets and digital platforms is an advantage.
