Outreach and Partnerships

At People4Good, we believe technology should empower those creating social impact.

We're a tech-powered nonprofit working with grassroots organizations across India to help them adopt digital tools, streamline operations, build stronger systems, and ultimately create greater impact. From digital transformation and technology implementation to capacity building and AI workshops, we work closely with nonprofits to solve challenges that allow them to focus on what matters most, their communities.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Outreach & Partnerships Associate who is excited to build relationships, create opportunities, and become an integral part of a small but ambitious team.

• Build and nurture relationships with NGOs, CSR foundations, corporates, and ecosystem partners.
• Represent People4Good in meetings, events, webinars, and networking opportunities.
• Conduct outreach and identify organizations that can benefit from our programs and technology solutions.
• Understand NGO challenges and translate their requirements into clear briefs for our tech team.
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, onboarding, and project communication.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, partnership notes, and impact stories.
• Maintain outreach pipelines, CRM records, and partnership trackers.
• Support multiple initiatives as we continue to experiment, innovate, and scale.

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have 1–3 years of experience in outreach, partnerships, business development, customer success, or stakeholder management.
• Are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Love meeting new people and building meaningful relationships.
• Are organized and can manage multiple priorities independently.
• Enjoy solving problems and taking initiative without waiting for instructions.
• Are curious, adaptable, and excited by startup environments where every day is different.
• Care about creating meaningful social impact.

• CSR partnerships

• CRM tools, Google Workspace, or project management tools
• Technology or digital transformation projects

• Work directly with grassroots nonprofits across India.
• Help shape technology solutions that create real-world impact.
• Learn across partnerships, fundraising, technology, and nonprofit operations.
