Role Description The Manager B2B – Admission & Outreach is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving institutional admissions through business-to-business partnerships and outreach initiatives. This position involves building and maintaining relationships with corporates, educational institutions, and industry bodies to promote PIBM’s programs and brand. The role includes planning and executing outreach campaigns, information sessions, and events, as well as coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective lead generation and conversion. The Manager will monitor market trends, develop admission strategies, manage pipelines, and provide regular performance reports. The role also requires representing PIBM at fairs, seminars, and conferences, while ensuring a professional and inclusive experience for prospective students and partners.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Public Relations skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders and represent the institution professionally.
- Candidates should possess solid Project Management skills to plan, coordinate, and execute outreach and admission initiatives within timelines and budgets.
- Candidates should possess proven Sales skills to manage admission funnels, convert leads, and achieve enrollment targets in a B2B environment.
- Candidates should possess Community Outreach skills to build networks with schools, colleges, corporates, and community organizations for sustained engagement.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; experience in education sector admissions or business development; proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; ability to travel as required; and a results-oriented, collaborative working style.
