Group Product Manager /AGM-Derma

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive brand visibility through strategic marketing initiatives.
• Conduct competitor analysis & market scanning to identify new product opportunities.
• Develop brand strategies, positioning & promotional inputs.
• Manage marketing mix, brand lifecycle & product differentiation.
• Train & support sales teams in executing marketing strategies.
• Lead customer segmentation, CRM & key customer development.
• Collaborate with supply chain to ensure product availability.
• Conduct market research, monitor MIS & analyze ROI of promotional activities.
• Organize cycle meetings, product launches & promotional campaigns.
