We're Hiring | Senior Manager / AGM – Marketing & Corporate Communication

Location: Bengaluru

We are looking for a dynamic, strategic, and technology-driven marketing professional to lead the Marketing & Corporate Communication function across our residential, commercial, and hospitality portfolio.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across residential, commercial, and hospitality verticals.
  • Lead project positioning, brand strategy, product launches, pricing communication, and Go-to-Market (GTM) planning for new developments.
  • Prepare annual marketing plans, budgets, monitor campaign performance, optimize ROI, and provide regular MIS and performance analytics.
  • Lead end-to-end digital marketing initiatives, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, SEO/SEM, website management, email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and marketing automation to drive lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Champion the adoption of AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve customer engagement, marketing efficiency, automation, analytics, CRM capabilities, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Develop and execute integrated lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the Sales and Channel Partner teams, with a focus on improving lead quality, conversion rates, Cost Per Lead (CPL), and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Oversee brand management across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency across corporate branding, project branding, digital platforms, print, outdoor media, site branding, project signages, wayfinding, and customer communication.
  • Conceptualize and manage the design and production of sales collateral, brochures, leasing decks, presentations, project videos, newsletters, corporate presentations, and all marketing communication materials.
  • Drive corporate communications by managing public relations, media interactions, press releases, company announcements, internal and external communications, and reputation management.
  • Build compelling brand narratives and content strategies while ensuring high-quality visual communication across all online and offline channels.
  • Lead and manage creative agencies, digital partners, PR agencies, photographers, videographers, production houses, media partners, printers, event partners, and other marketing vendors, including commercial negotiations, performance evaluation, and cost optimization.
  • Plan and execute project launches, customer events, channel partner meets, exhibitions, corporate events, and brand activation initiatives.
  • Oversee website content, CRM integration, customer communication, and marketing automation initiatives to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, customer insight analysis, and monitor emerging market and digital trends to strengthen project positioning and recommend strategic marketing initiatives.
  • Work closely with Sales, Design, Projects, Leasing and Leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and business development opportunities to enhance brand visibility, customer engagement, and business growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Marketing & Communications team by establishing KPIs, fostering innovation, accountability, collaboration, and a high-performance culture.


Desired Profile

  • 10–15 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of residential, commercial, and hospitality marketing.
  • Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, project launches, lead generation, corporate communications, and integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Hands-on exposure to AI tools, marketing technology platforms, CRM systems, automation solutions, and performance analytics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in budget planning, vendor management, and campaign optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership and execution excellence.
