Group Art Supervisor

Requirements:

• Independently create design concepts that reflect a deep understanding of project objectives and brand strategy
• Ability to explore multiple creative design directions to create engaging and effective resources
• Be responsible for completing assigned design projects within timeline and budget
• Work closely with cross functional team members to ensure that project objectives are met
• Champions the execution of assigned brands’ guidelines and requirements
• Maintain a high-quality product by being accountable to the accuracy of their work and their teams’ work, able to give direction well
• Understands industry restrictions
• Prioritize, manage and execute multi-piece project deliverables to meet associated deadlines a
• Ability to help inform timelines and manage agile workflows with multiple projects in play
• Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  
  

Supervisory/Leadership:

• Function as internal team leader and mentor to ensuring all members of the team work together smoothly and effectively
• Supervises junior team members
• Conducts performance reviews, prepares development plan, and set goals for direct reports as applicable
• Works with resource manager to ensure they have the latest information about assigned workload for themself and their team
• Leads by example and leverages the Petauri core values in all interactions by fostering a culture of leadership, partnership
• Exhibits professionalism, innovation, integrity, accountability and quality
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; or the equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience.
• 15-20 years’ experience designing for healthcare clients, agency experience required.
• Proficiency in digital and print design
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, and XD, Sketch, & Figma
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple projects in a timely manner
• Exceptional communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Highly motivated self-starter who is a team player and demonstrates a willingness to contribute to team efforts while learning from others
  
  

Summary

The Group Art Supervisor will be responsible for independently completing assigned design projects from conceptualization through final production. The designs they create should be visually engaging that support marketing initiatives and product launches. They will collaborate with cross-functional team members to create compelling graphics that resonate with the audience and effectively convey the brand message and has a deep understanding of FDA guidance and standards for healthcare brand design.
