Cintas is seeking a Space Planner to support Corporate Facilities by coordinating space planning, workplace design, and space utilization across our corporate office buildings. Job Description
Cintas is seeking a Space Planner to support Corporate Facilities by coordinating space planning, workplace design, and space utilization across our corporate office buildings. This partner will play a key role in ensuring our corporate work environment is efficient, safe, secure, and aligned with the needs of our growing business.
- Serve as the primary coordinator for workspace design, space planning, and space utilization initiatives. Assist with planning and execution of office moves, reconfigurations, and other changemanagement activities.
- Develop, update, and maintain floor plans, seating layouts, and workspace configurations within company provided systems.
- Gather departmental requirements and work collaboratively with HR, IT, Security, Facilities, and other internal partners.
- Support buildingwide projects involving grounds, utilities, equipment, mechanical systems, and electrical systems.
- Promote and support a safe, secure, and healthy workplace environment.
Required:
- Must have a minimum of two years prior space planning and design experience including proficiency with AutoCAD software.
- Understand the basic personal computer operation and have the ability to learn chosen software programs as specified by the company for related job duties.
- Use clear and effective writing skills without supervision and provide technical guidance when required on expressing ideas, requesting actions and formulating plans or policies.
Preferred
- Bachelors degree in related field required.
