Role Description

We are seeking a Project Architect to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will be responsible for leading architectural projects from concept to completion. Daily tasks will include developing architectural designs, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, reviewing submittals, coordinating with consultants, and ensuring compliance with building and environmental standards. The Project Architect will also oversee building information modeling (BIM) processes and maintain adherence to project timelines and budgets.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Architecture and experience with design development and construction documentation
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and familiarity with the latest software tools
Knowledge of Submittals and the ability to review and coordinate them efficiently
Familiarity with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standards and sustainable design principles
Experience in Project Management, including budget control, scheduling, and team coordination
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field; valid professional licensure is a plus
Previous experience managing projects in the corporate, hospitality, or mixed-use sectors is advantageous
