Pharmaceutical Market Research Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Healthcare "Market Research Analyst" in "Pharma - Generics or Biosimilars" as a "Knowledge Analyst". The role is for a Gurugram based leading Analytics company. The ideal candidate should be able to join within 2-3 weeks.

Key Responsibilities

• Experience in secondary market research (desk research, literature reviews, syndicated reports)
• Strong understanding of Generics and Biosimilars value chains (originator LOE dynamics, tender-driven markets, substitution policies). Work on EU generics/biosimilars strategy remotely
• Familiarity with European pharmaceutical market structure (EU5, Nordics, CEE differences)
• Knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, and tender systems across key EU markets (e.g., Germany AMNOG, UK NHS tendering, Italy regional tenders, Spain reference pricing)
• Understanding of regulatory pathways for generics and biosimilars in Europe (EMA approval processes, interchangeability considerations)
• Ability to do secondary research, prepare decks for consulting teams

Required Qualifications

1. Degree in B.Pharma, M.Pharma, MBA (Healthcare), Life Sciences, or a related field.
2. 1–3 years of hands-on experience in consulting or KPO or in a similar role.
3. Exposure to EU5 markets
4. Ability to deliver data as PPT, literature reviews, syndicated report synthesis
5. Knowledge of tools like IQVIA, Evaluate, Global Data, Excel modelling
6. Good communication skills
