We are looking for a detail-oriented Consultant – Drawing Services with 1+ years of experience to join our team based in Mangaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating digital floor plans and technical drawings that support our facility and workplace management solutions. You will work closely with our Customer Success teams and international clients to ensure that accurate building and workplace data is maintained within our facility management SaaS platforms.

Your workday, your tasks and responsibilities:

• Create, update, and maintain digital floor plans and building layouts within EG’s facility and workplace management systems.
• Prepare and modify technical drawings using CAD tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project standards.
• Convert architectural drawings, PDFs, and legacy formats into structured digital floor plans compatible with EG’s software systems.
• Work extensively with AutoCAD Architecture and related CAD platforms to prepare, modify, and optimize floor plan drawings.
• Maintain and update space management data, including rooms, workspaces, and building elements within the system.
• Export, integrate, and configure drawings to ensure compatibility with EG’s facility and workplace management SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams and international clients to understand drawing requirements and implement updates.
• Troubleshoot drawing issues and provide technical support for floor plan integration and system updates.
• Maintain proper documentation of drawing standards, processes, and updates to support operational efficiency.
  
  

Mandatory skills and technical expertise:

• Hands-on experience with AutoCAD / AutoCAD Architecture for creating and editing technical drawings.
• Strong understanding of CAD drafting standards, layers, blocks, and architectural drawing conventions.
• Experience working with floor plans, building layouts, and architectural drawings.
• Knowledge of space planning concepts and building design fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Experience working with digital drawing formats such as DWG, DXF, and PDF conversions.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in drawings and spatial data.
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and deliver results within project timelines.
• Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in an Agile and collaborative environment.
  
  

Added advantage:

• Experience working with facility management systems or workplace management platforms.
• Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) concepts.
• Familiarity with Revit, MicroStation, or similar CAD tools.
• Exposure to space management or facility planning tools.
