Hiring: Varicent Solution Architect (ICM Specialist) – Clearwater, FL

Are you a Varicent ICM expert with a passion for designing complex incentive compensation systems? We are looking for a Solution Architect to join our team in Clearwater, FL, for a critical 6-month engagement in the BFSI sector.

This is a 100% onsite role requiring a technical leader who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical configurations.

Key Responsibilities

• Architectural Design: Define and implement Varicent ICM architecture, creating complex compensation models, workflows, and calculation logic.
• Technical Leadership: Lead a dedicated team of Varicent developers, providing guidance on performance optimization and troubleshooting.
• Systems Integration: Manage data flows between Varicent and key enterprise platforms like Salesforce (CRM), SAP (ERP), and Workday (HR).
• Data Management: Develop and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines to ensure the accuracy and integrity of incentive calculations.
• Reporting & Insights: Design and publish dynamic reports via Report Studio to provide stakeholders with critical commission and performance insights.
