Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Chennai. The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, conduct in-person meetings and product demonstrations, and build strong relationships with clients in target industries. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate IT and AI-based solutions, preparing proposals, and negotiating contract terms in coordination with internal teams. The role also involves maintaining a sales pipeline, achieving sales targets, gathering market intelligence, and providing feedback to product and delivery teams to support continuous improvement. The Field Sales Executive will collaborate closely with technical and management stakeholders to ensure a smooth handover from sales to implementation and ongoing account management.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing.
- Client relationship management skills, with the ability to conduct meetings, deliver presentations, and communicate value propositions clearly.
- Understanding of IT solutions, enterprise applications, and basic concepts of AI/ML and generative AI, especially in logistics, warehouse management, and manufacturing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to work in a field-based role, including frequent client visits, territory management, and time management.
- Previous experience in B2B sales, technology services, or SaaS products is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Comfort with CRM tools, basic office software, and reporting on sales activities and performance metrics.
- High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a results-oriented mindset.
