Role Description This is a full-time, on-site LinkedIn Sales Navigator Specialist role based in Bally. The specialist will use LinkedIn Sales Navigator daily to identify, segment, and engage high-potential leads aligned with THATWARE®’s AI-driven digital marketing services. Responsibilities include building targeted prospect lists, sending personalized connection requests and messages, and managing lead pipelines within LinkedIn and CRM tools. The role involves researching potential clients, tracking campaign performance, coordinating with the sales and marketing teams on outreach strategies, and documenting interactions to support conversion efforts. The specialist will also help refine messaging, monitor competitive activities on LinkedIn, and contribute insights to improve overall lead generation and business development outcomes.
Qualifications
  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator expertise: prospecting, lead list building, advanced search filters, and account targeting.
  • Sales and business development skills: lead qualification, pipeline management, follow-up communication, and relationship nurturing.
  • Digital marketing awareness: understanding of SEO, AI-driven marketing, and B2B demand generation to align outreach with service offerings.
  • Communication and writing skills: clear professional messaging, personalized outreach, and concise reporting of activities and results.
  • Analytical and research skills: market and competitor research, data-driven decision-making, and basic performance tracking.
  • Technical proficiency: comfort with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and consistency in handling daily outreach targets.
  • Ability to work on-site in Bally, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and adapt to a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
  • Relevant experience in LinkedIn-based lead generation or inside sales; prior B2B tech or digital marketing experience is an advantage.
