Job Description
The Field Outreach Specialist (FOS) will represent the company in the cities they are resident . The role involves visiting schools and booksellers, collecting and verifying educational institutions data, engaging with Principals and Teachers, supporting program adoption, and assisting with enrolments, collections, and follow-ups.

- Meet Principals and Teachers to introduce company programs
- Conduct presentations and support enrolments
- Handle follow-ups and authorized collections
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain documentation
- Achieve monthly outreach and sales targets
- Willingness to travel across assigned States is mandatory
- Own two-wheeler with valid driving license required
- Graduate preferred
- 1–5 years’ experience in field sales / education / EdTech preferred
- Strong communication and target-oriented approach
