Role Description This is a full-time Field Executive role based in Bhilwara Tehsil with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some tasks to be performed from home. The Field Executive will visit MSME units, understand their operational needs, and support them in areas such as certification, compliance, and process improvement. The role includes coordinating with suppliers and buyers, assisting in strategic sourcing of industrial materials, and helping maintain accurate records of client interactions and project progress. The Field Executive will also support market linkage activities by identifying potential buyers, facilitating communication between manufacturers and clients, and ensuring timely follow-up. Regular reporting, collaboration with internal teams, and adherence to company policies and safety standards are key aspects of this role.
Qualifications

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with MSME clients, suppliers, and buyers, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of supply chain operations, industrial products, and market linkage processes, or a willingness to learn these domains.
  • Organizational and documentation skills to manage visits, reports, and follow-ups, with attention to detail and reliability.
  • Comfort with fieldwork in and around Bhilwara Tehsil, including regular site visits, along with the ability to manage some responsibilities remotely.
  • Proficiency with common productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, mobile apps) and the ability to learn company-specific systems.
  • Minimum of a high school diploma; a diploma or degree in commerce, business, or engineering is an advantage.
  • Prior experience in field operations, sales, or support roles in industrial or MSME sectors is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Self-motivated, ethical, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, with a focus on client service and continuous improvement.
