Lead Project Engineer - OT

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution and ensure timely delivery as per project schedules.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, procurement, production, and service teams for seamless project execution.
• Review and validate PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES, and automation system configurations before deployment.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during FAT, SAT, commissioning, and customer acceptance testing.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution and commissioning.
• Guide and mentor Project Engineers, assign tasks, and ensure timely completion.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, ISO/QMS processes, and project documentation requirements.
• Maintain execution reports, issue trackers, and support continuous process improvement.

Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience in Allen Bradley, Siemens & Ignition platforms.
• MES Integration Knowledge.
• MSSQL, SQL, Influx DB.
• Rockwell (FT View SE/ME & FT Optix) and Siemens SCADA applications.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate (Bachelor degree in - EEE / ECE / E&I).
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial automation Projects/Turnkey Projects.
• Experience in Tyre and battery industry
• Experience in leading small project teams and mentoring junior engineers.
