Role: SEPG Associate

Location: Infopark, Kochi- WFO

Experience: 3 years

Role Summary

  • Coordinate with Delivery, Enabling Functions, and Service Lines to ensure high-quality project delivery.
  • Optimize and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure adherence to organizational processes, standards, and quality frameworks across teams.
  • Drive continuous process improvement to enhance customer experience and delivery excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track compliance with organizational processes, standards, and quality frameworks.
  • Monitor adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and circulate project dashboards, quality metrics, and compliance reports.
  • Generate audit summaries and management reports for process performance review.
  • Conduct and document project reviews, process audits, and quality assessments.
  • Monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
  • Maintain version-controlled process documentation, SOPs, templates, and quality artifacts.
  • Support internal and external audit preparation and ensure audit readiness.
  • Facilitate process, quality, and compliance awareness sessions for project teams.
  • Identify process gaps, deviations, and quality risks, and escalate them to management.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization.
  • Assist in defining, implementing, and improving organizational quality initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret process metrics to support continuous improvement.
  • Promote best practices in project management, quality assurance, and process compliance.
  • Support organizational process improvement initiatives based on ISO and quality standards.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO standards.
  • Understanding of Project Management principles and methodologies.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Good analytical and statistical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

  • Statistical analysis and data interpretation.
  • Experience in process improvement initiatives.
  • Exposure to quality frameworks such as ISO 9001, CMMI, or similar standards.
  • Familiarity with audit processes and compliance management.
