Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Export Sales role based in Bengaluru. The Export Sales professional will manage international sales inquiries, prepare and follow up on quotations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and shipment. Daily responsibilities include identifying and developing new export markets, maintaining relationships with existing global clients, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company policies. The role involves conducting market research to understand customer requirements, tracking competitor activities, and preparing regular sales reports and forecasts for management. The Export Sales professional will also ensure compliance with export documentation, trade regulations, and company quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for client interaction, negotiation, and internal coordination.
  • Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze global demand, identify new territories, and understand competitive landscapes.
  • Candidates should possess Export-related skills, including handling export documentation, logistics coordination, and compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Candidates should possess International Sales and Sales skills for managing global accounts, driving revenue growth, and meeting sales targets.
  • Relevant experience in industrial/electrical products or engineering solutions is highly beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are advantageous.
  • Knowledge of international payment terms, Incoterms, and export-import procedures is an added advantage.
