Role Description

The Executive Director – Healthcare will lead the healthcare-focused immigration and consulting operations, ensuring service quality, regulatory compliance, and client satisfaction. This full-time, on-site role in Abroad involves overseeing strategic initiatives, managing key client relationships in the healthcare sector, and guiding the development of specialized programs for healthcare professionals seeking immigration services. The Executive Director will collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes, drive business growth, and maintain high standards of advisory support. Daily responsibilities include supervising staff, reviewing client cases, coordinating with external stakeholders, and providing leadership in training and performance management. The role also involves monitoring market trends, identifying new opportunities, and aligning organizational goals with client needs in healthcare immigration.
