Email Marketing Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

• Build, schedule, and launch email campaigns and automated workflows using platforms like HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Manage audience segmentation, personalization settings, and database hygiene.
• Set up and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and remarketing.
• Conduct keyword research and refine targeting strategies based on campaign performance.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure email layouts, assets, and messaging are aligned with campaign objectives.
• Implement A/B tests on subject lines, layouts, timing, and audiences to improve engagement.
• Set up conversion tracking, lead routing, and required integrations with analytics and CRM systems.
• Monitor campaign performance and deliver weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
• Support cross-functional marketing initiatives, including landing page updates, analytics, and alignment with sales teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing and Google Ads campaign management.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and lead-generation workflows.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, etc.).
• Experience optimizing PPC campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make optimization recommendations.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.
