We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager/Executive responsible for managing and growing online sales across marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart as well as the brand website on Shopify. The role will focus on increasing revenue, improving product visibility, optimizing listings, and managing digital marketing campaigns to drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Growth & Strategy:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase online sales and revenue.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets across all eCommerce platforms.
2. Marketplace Management:
- Manage product listings, pricing, catalog updates, and promotions on Amazon and Flipkart etc.
- Ensure listings are optimized with proper SEO keywords and high-quality images.
3. Advertising & Promotions:
- Plan and manage advertising campaigns such as Amazon PPC and marketplace promotions.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
4. Performance Monitoring:
- Track KPIs such as sales, traffic, conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
5. Inventory & Order Management:
- Coordinate with the operations team to maintain proper inventory levels.
- Ensure smooth order processing and reduce stock-out situations.
6. Competitor & Market Analysis:
- Monitor competitor strategies, pricing, and market trends.
- Suggest improvements to maintain competitive advantage.
7. Customer Experience:
- Monitor customer reviews, ratings, and feedback.
- Work with support teams to improve customer satisfaction.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and Flipkart Seller Hub
- Knowledge of marketplace advertising (Amazon PPC) and others.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Understanding of eCommerce operations and digital marketing
- Good communication and team coordination skills
