Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Director – Corporate Relations (UG Programs) to lead the corporate relations and placement initiatives for Undergraduate Programs, including BBA, BCA, B.Sc, etc. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in building strong corporate partnerships, driving campus placements, internships, and industry collaborations. Candidates with experience in Educational Sales, Admissions, or Corporate Relations within the higher education sector will also be considered, provided they have relevant exposure to UG programs and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement placement strategies to achieve placement targets for UG programs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, HR leaders, recruitment agencies, and industry partners.
- Identify new employment opportunities, internship programs, live projects, and industry collaborations for students.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, placement events, career fairs, networking sessions, and employer engagement activities.
- Collaborate with academic departments to align student competencies with industry expectations.
- Conduct employer outreach and strengthen the organization's corporate network across industries.
- Guide students on employability skills, interview preparation, resume building, and career planning.
- Ensure high placement conversion rates and maintain strong recruiter satisfaction.
- Track placement data, generate MIS reports, and provide periodic updates to senior management.
- Lead and mentor the Corporate Relations team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Represent the institution at corporate meetings, industry forums, and networking events.
- Continuously identify market trends and emerging industries to expand placement opportunities.

- Sound understanding of undergraduate education and industry hiring trends.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/MIS tools.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Relations, Placements, Career Services, Educational Sales, or Admissions within the higher education sector.
- Mandatory experience in handling placements or corporate relations for UG programs (BBA, BCA, B.Sc,etc).
- Existing corporate network across industries will be an added advantage.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with universities, colleges, or educational institutions.
- Strong track record of achieving placement targets.
- Established relationships with recruiters across multiple industries.
- Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and business development activities as required.

Salary range: Upto 20 LPA
