Job Description – Deputy Manager –(IT & IoT)

Department: Sales

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat


Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales of IoT solutions by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, and achieving sales targets.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer accounts.
  • Promote and sell IoT solutions to B2B customers.
  • Conduct customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and periodic sales reports.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Travel as required for customer meetings and business development.


Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, IT, Computer Science, Instrumentation, or a related field).
  • MBA in Marketing is preferred.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales.
  • Experience in IoT, Telematics, Automation, Fleet Management, GPS Tracking, or Industrial Automation is preferred.

Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good understanding of IoT solutions and solution-based selling.
  • Excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
