Corporate Solicitor - Up to £65,000 Salary + Excellent benefits package

The firm advises blue chip clients on a wide range of high-value transactions, often with cross-border elements. With rankings in both Chambers and Legal 500, the firm seeks a highly capable Corporate Solicitor, to bolster the Manchester-based team.

You will be joining an excellent team with expertise across multiple disciplines, including strong technical ability across a variety of sectors including technology, life sciences and high-growth industries.

The successful candidate will undertake a broad mix of corporate work including M&A, corporate finance, equity capital markets, private equity, joint ventures, and general corporate advisory matters.

This opportunity is well-suited to a high-performing lawyer, seeking to access the highest quality training and development, during the formative years, building a long term career.

The Candidate

• A talented Solicitor with 0-3 years of post qualification experience
• A strong grounding in corporate matters, having trained with a reputable firm
• Willing to participate in marketing and business development activities
• Seeking a new challenge within a market leading firm
• A high level of commerciality and motivated to drive growth
• Strong academic profile
