Role Description

Design posts, stories, and creatives using Canva, and assist with basic video editing for reels and short-form content.
Upload and schedule posts on Instagram, ensure consistency, and write basic captions and hashtags.
Contribute creative ideas for posts and campaigns, stay up to date with trends, and suggest ways to improve engagement.
Assist in reel creation, including basic editing and coordination for content shoots if required.
Support content planning by maintaining a content calendar and organizing assets.
Monitor comments and messages, and track basic performance metrics such as reach and engagement.
Coordinate with the team on approvals and ensure timely, accurate posting.
Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, the Instagram platform, creative thinking, and good communication skills.

Qualifications

Pursuing or have completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Design, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of Canva and graphic design tools.
Basic video editing skills for reels and short-form content.
Understanding of Instagram and social media platforms.
Creative mindset with a good sense of design and trends.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage time, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
