Company Description AmbuRakshak, part of Ambuvians Healthcare, is a technology-driven provider of fast and reliable ambulance services. The company offers 2-minute ambulance booking with live tracking and AI-powered dispatch to ensure rapid and efficient emergency response. It supports both emergency and planned medical transport, delivering seamless coordination between patients, healthcare providers, and transport teams. AmbuRakshak focuses on combining advanced technology with compassionate care to improve patient outcomes. The organization is also open to partnerships and collaborations that enhance access to quality emergency medical services.
Role Description The Chief Sales Marketing Officer (CSMO) is a full-time, remote leadership role responsible for driving sales growth and brand visibility for AmbuRakshak. This role oversees end-to-end sales strategy, including market analysis, sales planning, and pipeline management across key regions and customer segments. The CSMO leads and mentors the sales and marketing teams, sets performance targets, and ensures effective training and enablement. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing integrated sales and marketing campaigns, optimizing sales operations, managing key accounts and partnerships, and monitoring performance metrics to meet revenue and customer acquisition goals. The CSMO collaborates closely with executive leadership, product, and operations teams to align commercial strategies with company objectives and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or Revenue Leadership.
- Proven track record of scaling revenue and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong expertise in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, and digital marketing.
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS, Mobility, or Technology startups is preferred.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Compensation & Growth
- Initial engagement of 3 months, based on the candidate's marketing execution, business development, and revenue generation performance.
- Compensation will be revenue-sharing or profit-sharing based, depending on experience, contribution, and mutually agreed commercial terms.
- High-performing candidates will be considered for a long-term leadership role as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer (CSMO) with the opportunity to become a strategic shareholder/partner in the company, subject to performance and company policy.
