Chief of Staff — Founder’s Office | Noida, 6 days a week (Saturday being WFH).

About the role

This is not a conventional Chief of Staff role.

This is not a note-taking, meeting-coordination, PowerPoint-heavy position.

This role is for someone who wants to operate close to the Founder and help build a high-performance company at the intersection of AI, engineering, growth, and execution.

You’ll work directly with the CEO across:

  • Strategy
  • AI initiatives
  • Sales & GTM
  • Hiring
  • Operations
  • Founder’s Office execution
  • Special projects
  • Enterprise conversations
  • Internal transformation


Some days will involve solving operational bottlenecks. Some days will involve customer meetings. Some days will involve redesigning internal systems using AI. The expectation is simple: Increase execution velocity across the company.


What You’ll Do

  • Work directly with the CEO on key business priorities
  • Bring structure, follow-through, and accountability across teams
  • Convert ideas into executable systems
  • Track critical initiatives aggressively
  • Ensure important things don’t slip


What We’re Looking For

  • High ownership person with strong execution ability
  • Someone sharp, hungry, ambitious, and intellectually curious
  • 1–8 years experience in startup ops, consulting, founder’s office, strategy, VC, or high-growth environments
  • Strong communication and structured thinking
  • Comfortable operating in high-speed, high-accountability environments
  • Deep interest in AI, technology, business, and scale
