About The Role

You will work directly with the leadership team to identify business opportunities, prepare proposals, support client engagement, and learn how enterprise technology projects are acquired.
This is a structured 1–2 month Training & Evaluation Program designed to develop practical skills in enterprise sales before transitioning into a paid role.

- Research government, public sector, and private-sector RFP/RFQ/RFI opportunities.
- Identify potential business opportunities aligned with Springreen’s service offerings.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, capability statements, and bid documentation.
- Coordinate submission timelines and maintain proposal trackers.
- Support client communication and follow-up activities.
- Conduct market and competitor research.
- Maintain CRM records and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with technical teams to gather proposal inputs.
- Track procurement portals and tender notifications.
- Contribute ideas to improve proposal quality and win rates.

Phase 1 – Training & Evaluation
- Duration: 1–3 Months
- Compensation: No salary or stipend during this structured training period.
- Performance is evaluated based on learning, professionalism, initiative, communication, and overall contribution.
Candidates who successfully complete the evaluation program may be offered a Business Development Trainee position with:
- Starting Stipend: ₹10,000 per month
- Performance-based incentives linked to successful business acquisition.
