We turn ideas into working prototypes in 48 hours and have served 500+ entrepreneurs. We are scaling our outbound sales engine and need a sharp, tool-savvy BDR to own the top of our pipeline.

What You Will Do:


  • Own outbound pipeline: Research, build, and qualify lead lists across three ICPs: funded startups (MVP buyers), SMBs with manual operations (CRM/ERP buyers), and digital agencies (white-label dev partners).
  • Run multichannel sequences: Build and manage cold email campaigns in Smartlead/Instantly, LinkedIn outreach via Sales Navigator and HeyReach, and personalized Loom/Sendspark videos for Tier-A accounts.
  • Enrich and qualify leads: Use Clay, Apollo, and BuiltWith/Wappalyzer to identify intent signals (job postings, funding rounds, tech stack) and build enriched prospect lists with verified emails.
  • Write and iterate copy: Draft, A/B test, and optimize email sequences and LinkedIn messages. Track positive reply rates, meeting-booked rates, and spam metrics.
  • Book qualified meetings: Target 5–10 qualified meetings per month for the founder/sales lead. Own the handoff: calendar booking, pre-call brief, CRM notes.
  • Manage sending infrastructure: Monitor warmup health, domain reputation, bounce rates, and deliverability across 20–30 secondary domains. Flag and rotate mailboxes proactively.
  • Report weekly: Maintain a clean HubSpot/Close pipeline. Deliver a weekly metrics report: sends, replies, positives, meetings, and funnel conversion by campaign.


Requirements (must-have):

  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or SDR/BDR roles.
  • Proficiency with cold email tools: Smartlead, Instantly, or equivalent (you have set up campaigns, managed warmup, written sequences).
  • Working knowledge of Clay or similar enrichment/orchestration tools (Apollo, Lemlist, PhantomBuster).
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn automation tools (HeyReach, La Growth Machine, Expandi, or Dripify).
  • CRM fluency: HubSpot, Close.io, or Pipedrive — you can build pipelines, log activities, and pull reports.
  • Strong written English — you will write copy targeting US/UK/AU/EU decision-makers daily.
  • Comfortable working in-office in Gurugram 5 days a week.


Nice-to-have:

  • Exposure to selling software development services, SaaS, or technical products.
  • Experience with Loom/Sendspark personalized video outreach.
  • Familiarity with BuiltWith, Wappalyzer, or technographic data for lead targeting.
  • Understanding of email deliverability: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, domain warmup, inbox placement.
  • Previous experience scraping leads from Crunchbase, job boards, or community directories.
