📍 Spencer Plaza, Anna Salai, Chennai | 🧭 60% Travel (Tamil Nadu)

We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive high-ticket franchise closures, improve existing store performance, and support expansion across Tamil Nadu.

Key Focus:
• High-value franchise sales & onboarding
• Store sales growth & partner coordination
• Client meetings, site visits & field execution.
Requirements:
• 3–6 years in business development / franchise / retail / mobile industry
• Proven high-ticket deal closure skills
• Willing to travel across Tamil Nadu
• Tamil & English communication
