We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi. This position involves identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and working to expand X8 Tours’ market presence. Key responsibilities include developing and executing effective sales strategies, negotiating client contracts, collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, and monitoring market trends for growth opportunities.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Market Research and Data Analysis, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth.
- Knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, including travel planning and customer service.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and achieving goals.
- Proficiency in relevant CRM software and MS Office tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Travel, or a related field. Prior experience in the travel industry is an advantage.
