Job Title:  Business Development Manager (International Markets)


​ Location : Thrissur, Kerala 


 Experience : 7–8 Years

Industry: Architecture, Engineering, & Creative Tech (AEC/BIM/Gaming/Animation)


​ The Opportunity 


​We are looking for a high-energy, strategic Business Development Manager to bridge the gap between our technical expertise and global demand. With 7 to 8 years of experience under your belt, you aren’t just looking for "leads"—you are looking to build a global ecosystem.


​You will be responsible for driving growth across two distinct but overlapping pillars: AEC Services (BIM, 3D Modeling, Architectural Visualization) and Creative Media (Gaming assets, Animation). If you have a passport full of stamps (virtual or physical) and a knack for closing high-value international contracts, we want to talk.


​ Key Responsibilities 


- ​Global Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.


- ​Full-Cycle Sales: Own the entire pipeline from cold outreach and LinkedIn prospecting to final contract negotiation and closing.


- ​Cross-Industry Strategy: Effectively pitch our diverse portfolio, tailoring the value proposition for architectural firms (BIM/Modeling) vs. game studios and production houses (3D Assets/Animation).


- ​Strategic Networking: Attend international trade shows, webinars, and industry events to position the company as a thought leader.


- ​Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for international stakeholders, ensuring long-term retention and upselling opportunities.


​ What We’re Looking For 

- ​Industry Savvy: Deep understanding of the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) workflow and the Gaming/Animation production pipeline. You should know the difference between a Revit model and a Game-ready asset.


- ​International Expertise: Proven track record of managing clients across different time zones, cultures, and business etiquettes.


- ​The "Closer" Mentality: A consistent history of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.


- ​Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal). Multilingualism is a massive plus.


- ​Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot/Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and project management tools.


​ Qualifications 

- ​Experience: 4–5 years in Business Development or Sales, specifically within the 3D/BIM/Gaming/Animation sectors.

- ​Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.

- ​Portfolio: Be prepared to discuss specific international accounts you’ve won and managed.
