About The Role
Infodazz is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client acquisition efforts across Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, ERP Services, and Video & Photography services. This is an onsite, target-driven role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close deals independently.
Responsibilities
Infodazz is looking for an experienced and result-driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client acquisition efforts across Digital Marketing, IT Solutions, ERP Services, and Video & Photography services. This is an onsite, target-driven role where you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to close deals independently.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned regions
- Meet business owners, decision-makers, and corporate clients
- Present and pitch Infodazz services (Digital Marketing, IT, ERP, Creative Services)
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into long-term clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Guide and support junior sales executives if required
- Maintain CRM updates, reports, and pipeline tracking
- Represent the company in client meetings and business discussions
- 4 to 5 years experience in Business Development / Sales (preferably IT / Digital Marketing / ERP domain)
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle B2B clients and corporate discussions
- Good understanding of Digital Marketing, IT services, or SaaS products
- Leadership mindset and team handling ability is a plus
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and result-driven
- Willingness to travel and work in field
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred
