THWorks is an AI automation and product engineering studio serving startups and SMBs across India, the UK, US and Canada. We're making our first dedicated sales hire. The ideal candidate is a hungry outreach specialist who can find the right companies, start conversations, and book qualified meetings. You open the doors and manage the pipeline; the founder runs the closing calls with you. This is a high-ownership role for someone early in their sales career who wants to learn founder-led B2B selling with modern AI tooling.
Responsibilities:
- Research and build target lists of ideal-fit companies (India, UK, US, Canada)
- Run personalized email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns at daily volume
- Follow up consistently and book qualified sales meetings into the founder's calendar
- Manage and keep the sales pipeline/CRM accurate and up to date
- Track metrics — meetings booked, reply rates, conversions — to ensure targets are hit
- Analyze the market and sharpen our positioning and outreach angles
Qualifications:
- 0–3 years in B2B sales, outreach, lead generation or inside sales (motivated freshers welcome)
- Excellent written and spoken English; can write a crisp, personalized cold email
- Organized, coachable and relentless about follow-up
- Comfortable being measured on one number: qualified meetings booked per month
- Experience with LinkedIn, Google Sheets and email/CRM tools preferred
- Exposure to selling to UK/US/Canada markets is a plus
Compensation: ₹25,000/month fixed + ₹500 per qualified meeting held + 1% of revenue on deals you source. Direct access to the founder and a clear path to BD Lead as we grow.
