Job Purpose

Driving business growth by securing B2B commercial clients for Compressed Biogas (CBG), expanding distribution networks, and onboarding Franchise Partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • B2B Sales: Pitch and sell CBG and its by-products (Organic Manure/FOM) to industries, commercial units, and transport fleets.
  • Franchise Onboarding: Identify potential investors and close deals for the company’s CBG Franchise Model.
  • Market Expansion: Map out industrial clusters and build strategic distribution networks across key target regions.
  • Client Relations: Negotiate commercial terms, manage long-term supply contracts, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements & Skills
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working in Compressed Biogas (CBG), Biomass, Waste-to-Energy, or Lubricants/Fuel sectors is a must.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals or franchise sales.
  • Communication: Strong negotiation skills with fluency in English, Hindi, or local regional languages.
  • Travel: High mobility and willingness to travel for field-level client meetings.
