JOB VACANCY: Business Development Executive (CBG)

Experience: 2–4 Years (Mandatory in CBG, Bio-Energy, or Oil & Gas)
Type: Full-time
Job PurposeDriving business growth by securing B2B commercial clients for Compressed Biogas (CBG), expanding distribution networks, and onboarding Franchise Partners.
Key Responsibilities- B2B Sales: Pitch and sell CBG and its by-products (Organic Manure/FOM) to industries, commercial units, and transport fleets.
- Franchise Onboarding: Identify potential investors and close deals for the company’s CBG Franchise Model.
- Market Expansion: Map out industrial clusters and build strategic distribution networks across key target regions.
- Client Relations: Negotiate commercial terms, manage long-term supply contracts, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Industry Experience: Prior experience working in Compressed Biogas (CBG), Biomass, Waste-to-Energy, or Lubricants/Fuel sectors is a must.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of closing high-value commercial deals or franchise sales.
- Communication: Strong negotiation skills with fluency in English, Hindi, or local regional languages.
- Travel: High mobility and willingness to travel for field-level client meetings.
